Great,Friendly Staff!
Great staff, members, facility, thrive classes! Only problem is parking.
Everything except the longtime fact that the men’s wet area and steam/sauna are NOT cleaned enough. Often it is quite “smelly”. I am a multi decades member and in the last five years I have not ever seen an attendant clean no matter what time of day I visit. Sometimes I just leave.
It was close to my location, customer service was great, the class was awesome good instructor.

The Downtown Durham Y is a fantastic cross section of my city; you can see all walks of life, races, nationalities, and ages. It is a beautiful place!

****One thing I wish was better is that the sauna and steam room are often out of service in the men's locker room.*****

9-10 am Saturday class is my favorite.

The MetCon class with Natalie is a great workout! She’s challenging and demonstrates options. Always allows time for stretching afterwards which is a plus!

I enjoy the body pump classes .
Everything. My yoga instructor is awesome. She is a personal trainer for everyone, she remembers our “ailments” and gives us modifications. Swim instructors are great. I have made friends on the trac. Oh Brandon is awesome. Everyone at the welcome desk is friendly and welcoming. It’s all about the “Y”
