This seasonal pool is amazing! Water slide, nice shallow area for young kids, the water mushroom, and plenty of tables in shade. I only wish the bathroom/shower area were a little bigger but such a great summer spot!

Would love if the family pool was a bit cooler in temperature-- the temperature of the family pool has been VERY warm the past several weekends.
Noticed black ants all around the ground, and along the tables the chairs (those in the area by the check-in gate). I imagine it's difficult to contain them with the woods right there, and food cleanliness, however anything to help with that would be awesome!

My 11-year-old daughter gets excited to attend Chapel Hill-Carrboro YMCA Day Camp each year. She loves the counselors and always makes new friends while reconnecting with friends from previous years. She enjoys the activities; and all the items they do with her to keep her busy--this is reflected in her earlier bedtimes during camp weeks :) It's such a great physical, social, wholesome, and memorable experience for her every summer!
We liked the hours, the flexibility of drop off and pick up times, the counselors and how friendly and well they worked with kids, the activities, and indoor pool time.
This is the second year for my son as a CILT. He has really enjoyed it and the counselors are so supportive of him.
I really appreciate that management actually reads and responds to member feedback. After the last survey, I received a very detailed explanation and alternative suggestions regarding the Tue/Wed/Thu dance classes. It makes me feel truly valued as a member.
The classes are great and all of the instructors are encouraging!
This was my children's first time at the camp, and they had a blast! They loved all the counselors and activities they got to do. We will definitely be back again.
On the first day, my son rated this camp a 10/10! He seems to really enjoy the activities and the counselors, so we were pleased with our choice to send him here. Me, my siblings, and some cousins have all attended this camp when we were young, so it was a great feeling to give our son the same experience!
The pool was nice and cool on a 100 degree day! The staff was friendly, giving out ice cream and popsicles.

I love the outdoor aspects of it. Camp Clearwater feels like a traditional overnight camp experience with the camp culture and enthusiasm of the counselors. Reminds me of my youth where we played outside all day long. Will definitely be back. Also affordable!

Camp Clearwater team has done a great job making all 3 of my kids feel welcomed. Even though it's been hot, the kids have come home everyday raving about their experience. The staff have made sure to focus on water games, staying in the shade and hydration breaks to make sure everyone is safe.
Camp Clearwater is seamlessly run, provides amazing experiences throughout the day for my campers, and always entertains. Wholesome, engaging fun!

Phenomenal and well trained staff. Positive vibes throughout. Well designed and implemented program for CILTs. Would enthusiastically recommend for anyone with teenagers looking for a productive educational summer to help grow job skills and overall character.
