The Alexander YMCA facility is awesome!
Appreciate the friendly reception and excellent instruction in group class.
This is easily the nicest YMCA I have been to among the various ones in the triangle. The variety and quantity of machines is great, and there are plenty of free weight racks and benches as well.
Is convenient for me that you are open longer, at least during the week. Always I was leaving when you were closing, so now no rush..
Pity you didn't add anything on Friday.
Yoga classes are always a special treat
world class quality of leadership in the practice
All levels and fabulous sleep that usually follows
Clean Friendly atmosphere privacy and inclusive environment depending on your needs

Friendly staff and well maintained facilities.
A Cathedral of Wellness!!!
Modern equipment. Large workout areas and clean.Towels are furnished.
The staff is amazing and the size is just perfect...not to large or small.
The people! Also think there is a good selection of machines especially with the new additions, however wish there was an incline chest press machine for upper chest. There are 3 chest press machines (not including barbell benches), however no incline machines.
Staff is very friendly. Water fitness instructors are fun.
Great staff. Like a big family.

Clean and professional staff
The employees are very nice.
Group classes are supportive and give options. I like having a scheduled time because it makes it harder to put it off til later.
Wide range of health and wellness options , w/ very friendly staff. I like the diversity of people—young kids to seniors, students ..
Very friendly and engaging staff. Tons of fitness equipment. Several spaces for guided activities. Aquatics, racquetball, basketball, walking path.
Equipment and staff. Staff and equipment.
The coaches were supportive, the practice and the game times were convenient, the emphasis on good sportsmanship was positive, it is one of the only all female leagues for younger girls.
-Things that kept me from putting a 10-
-Changing the final game time at the last minute to accommodate a Christmas event- if there needed to be a change, it should have been communicated way earlier in the season. We only had 2 girls who could attend the changed time.
- Teams could have used a couple more players- since Finley Y doesn't have all girls basketball at this age and Raleigh Parks and Rec is still doing co-ed for this age, consider doing more active recruitment for the teams- to shoot for at least 6 teams of 7-8 girls, allowing them to have a longer season and to continue to develop the skills they had been working on.

In the first week of our membership, things have gone well. I enjoyed the first class I took and think the facilities are really nice. One thing that we have struggled with is getting the app for our teenager~ he can't register on his own (he is 15) and we were told to sign a waiver at the front desk for him to be able to log into the app. When we went to the front desk, no one was familiar with the form. Looking forward to getting a lot of use out of the membership.
