Friendly staff. Offers wide variety of equipment. The recently installed new equipment is very appreciated. There’s so much effort to keep things clean, provide towels, and provide motivation and support.

The people are so friendly and helpful. The location was clean and fellow 'work-outers' were respectful. I went to one class so far and I loved it and will go back to do it again. I liked the class teacher.
The Alexander and Southeast Y provide a communial and casual way for kids to get exposed to sports while emphasizing teamwork!

The team at Kidszone is fantastic! Their staff makes it possible for us to work out by providing excellent care for toddlers and infants. They are attentive, caring, and truly dedicated to ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for the little ones.

Both associates I spoke with Cece and Zion were very helpful. Your staff and facility is "miles" ahead go any other gym in the Triangle.
I love the facilities. I hope the Y is doing a good job of making the facility and its programs available to low income, children, and families. I don't know enough about the program or the organization to be certain about that, but I'm hopeful.
My son absolutely loves this program and wishes that he could go every day. The staff is great and very communicative and the programing is a good balance of fun and structure.
