I enjoy the vibe and atmosphere at the YMCA. You always feel like you belong. No one is trying to outdo you on the fitness floor or in a class. Everyone is working at their own level. There is a lot of encouragement from fellow members and especially the staff.

I love the women's locker room - big and functional for quick personal workout. I'm recovering from shoulder surgery so I have to do exercises daily. The space allows me to get them done quickly in between workouts.
The group exercise classes are motivational and well-organized.
Please add Cycle RPM to class offerings. It would be nice to have some more structured cycle classes for interval training.

My wife and I love our Alexander Y and the aquatic area in particular. The colorful walls, digital time clocks that are senior friendly and the overall cleanliness is very welcoming. One suggestion if I could - your 2 triangular
shaped banner lines above the pool are tattered, missing or faded and really need to be replaced. New banners spelling out ALEXANDER YMCA in bright colors would improve the visual of the aquatic area immensely. We are looking forward to our next visit on Tuesday. Thank you to all the staff who make our experience memorable.

I think there is a good variety of classes with attempts to schedule convieniently for everyone. Teachers are all well versed.
Two convenient gym locations close to me. Variety of classes. Easy on-line scheduling app. Friendly people (especially the front desk and downstairs desk staff)! Membership fee is covered as perk with my Medicare Advantage program!!
