I love that they actually listen to membership concerns, and address them accordingly! They really do hear you, when you have a suggestion or complaint. I was pleasantly surprised with the results of my suggestion about the showers in the male locker room.

My child has always enjoyed the environment created by the onsite counselors. They play with the kids and provide them structure for a safe-supportive space to wind down from the school day.
Alyssa Killen and team are fantastic guardians and coaches to the kids. My son has been doing the Y After Care at Underwood School for 3 years and it's the highlight of his day!
I like that the water is always clean and that the lifeguards are always attentive to the children and the people in the water, and everyone at the front desk is very friendly. My children and I love the YMCA 🏊🏻♀️👍
The counselors are fantastic. My son loves coming every day and it’s a safe space for him
The facilities were clean and organized, the indoor pool was very easy to access and really enjoyable for lap swimming
The Thrive classes are an excellent workout!
Instructors are wonderful. I've taken yoga and meditation and its so relaxing.

The facility is spacious so there are many spots available in the classes. I also enjoy the fact Tay the Y be gs together people from all generations.
I like the group classes. A great variety of high-quality classes. Really nice facility, too!
I like that the facility has the hip abduction machine to strengthen inner and outer thighs. I also like the various machines that work my arms. I also like the racket ball courts.
the availability of classes
I've been a member on and off since 1979. My opinion has not changed: Our Y is the best place to exercise, has the best staff, and provides the best exercise environment. Please don't change anything.
PS: to make it perfect: please get rid of the TV monitors. Why? Because 1) they are not needed as everybody is using their smartphone airpods, and 2) In these moments of deep division in our country, no one want to see Fox news, CNN, or MSNBC etc... They are very divisive and are a main cause of the anger and the deterioration of civility that we are witnessing... Just my opinion.

I like the facility a lot. Great customer service. My only recommendation is getting some fans to the locker room to help cool down before dressing.

I love the layout of machines it never feels too crowded even during busy times! i love the complimentary towels, i love how welcoming the ymca community is as well as the ymca staff .they are always so welcoming it really feels like a community. i love the wide variety of machines and the muiltiple like streching areas. the locker rooms are a tiny bit smelly and old. But it seems clean 90% of the time
The counselors are great and my kid loves the experience.
Easy and convenient, daughter enjoys it and likes all of the Y staff.
How friendly all the staff are. How clean the facilities are.
Friendly staff. Not far from home. Variety of offerings. Great teachers. Trees in the parking lot (shade and beauty and clean air). Accepts Medicare or united health so no charge.
It’s a great place to workout and meet people.
