Please fix the solitaire games on the elliptical machines. The new update has made them unplayable. Please look at the treadmill in the men's locker room as it still has the old version on it.

I appreciate the constant investment in new equipment and the great staff.
I would like to see you open on holidays. It would be a big improvement if you offered limited hours on holidays. Classes would not be necessary.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Equipment selection is good. Pool is very clean and there is a broad selection of class options.

My only complaint and un-satisfaction with the Y, it’s the fact you don’t have cameras by the clothing hanger upstairs, from a nice huggy (coat) was stolen. Then, nit too long ego, my son hang a very unique and expensive coat, it also was stolen . The Y didn’t do anything trying to di at least a search on the video camera in the entrance. My son was very angry.
So, you have bad people coming to the gym to do robbery people’s property.
Other than that, I like the gym overall.

Family friendly, great staff, and well behaved young and old people. Also everyone is dressed appropriately (men and women). PF is a strip club. LOL
Facility has an abundance of workout equipment and exercise classes. Facility is also clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful as is the entire YMCA community.
I love that people don't sit on machines on their phone for extended times, thanks for monitoring that (it's a huge issue at the Holly Springs/Apex location)

This is my favorite YMCA in the triangle. The people that work there and the members are friendly. I really appreciate the diversity (age groups and ethnicities). The kid come for my toddler is amazing as well. He loves it.

I like the Thrive classes. I also like the diversity and helpfulness of members and staff. Sitting in the lobby with the large class windows feels welcoming especially when the sun is coming through the windows.
The cleanest of the facilities. The staff is polite and friendly. It’s never too crowded.
