Not sure if this if this is the only avenue to submit a request. Halfway through the summer I have noticed that the facility in general seems to be warmer than past summers. The first level wall fans seem to be off most of the time (at least when I have been working out. Maybe turn them on at the opening of the facility. Also, it would be very nice to see some more wall fans or floor fans in the aerobic area on the second floor. Unless you are on the first two pieces of equipment on either side of the wall fan, you really don't feel any breeze of the fans. The rest of the area is really warm with little air movement. Wondering if any temperature track has been conducted? In general, the second level is warm (heat rises). Thank you for hearing me out.

I love that the Y is really a family experience….from pre-schoolers to octogenarians and depending on the day you can see all generations exercising according to age. I am in my late seventies and with the help of TRX classes and Pilates I’m strong and healthy. Thank you Y!

The staff is warm and welcoming, the facility is Always clean and the variety of exercise equipment & classes means I can choose what interests me. Our grandchildren take swimming lessons here, plus dance and sports classes. We love the Y. 😃

The staff is nice, and very helpful with drop off, and pickup. My son loves to come to camp.

I like the cleanliness of the swimming area. I also think the aquatics team is friendly and knowledgeable.
I have 2 suggestion for the lifeguard staff.
1. It would be better not to walk up to where someones face is at the edge o fthe pool if there is room elsewhere along the edge. I got splattered a bit in the face. 2. During open swim, do not allow kids to make a recreation pool out of the lap swim lanes.
Other than that it is a great experience at the Haselwood Y.
The kids have a great time and enjoy the activities. Great communication, 100% ID check, and easy drop off and pick up.
My 4 year old grandson loves summer camp and being active. However, not sure why he did not want to go the last few days. It is hard to get an answer from a 4 year old but I did not want to push it. Seems to be have a large smile when I pick him up.
It's available every weekday.
I love its full day experience for the children, but also makes it more convenient for parents who are working. The extended hours are great. And it’s affordable! My kid had a blast and came home tired every day.
