I love the Haselwood YMCA! It has so many great classes and activities, but best of all are the people! Both the staff and the members are all so friendly and create a relaxed and welcoming environment. This is no high-intensity "meat market" but rather a place where people of all ages, sizes, identities, and abilities are made to feel welcome! ❤️

The camp themes were fun & engaging. Kids are kept busy & very active. All of the counselors & staff did a great job working with the kids!
Friendly staff. Nice equipment. Great pool. Great activities for the kids and love that most are included in the cost. Our kids have been going to swim lessons since January and can now swim pretty well.
Only think I would change is I Wish that child watch hours were longer and available on Sunday.
Lots of swim lanes and the pool stays open (i.e. it does not close down like LA Fitness did with toddler classes pooping in the pool!
Positive health and fitness environment. Staff is alway friendly & helpful. Mmebers all treaty eachother like a real community.
I really like the diversity of people who go to the gym, all the way from people who use walkers to the really toned. I feel comfortable there.

The reception is so friendly and welcoming. I enjoy the lap swimming and aerobic exercise swimming class. It has improved my aches and my strength. The painting class has taught me a lot. I like how my picture is my art. The teachers are very encouraging. I feel like I have a community at Hazelwood. Very happy to be a member of such an amazing place.

The staff is friendly and greets you when you check in. The pool staff provides a safe and pleasant pool experience.
Clean and uncrowded-at least for now. The uncrowded part.
The best part of the experience is I don't feel body shamed which was a huge concern for me when I first visited the Y. I really enjoy the "river" in the pool and that I can get a workout going the opposite direction of the flow. The facility is always clean and enough physical activity machines and equipment are available. The indoor track is great and I like the exercise cage in the corner although sometimes it can get busy.
