Lakewood YMCA is a great place to spend time with my family. My great-granddaughter loves the gymnastics program. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is easy to find parking. The place is clean also the restroom.
I enjoy the majority of the people who go to the YMCA when I'm there. The classes are good, although I only go to the cycling class. I've tried others, but because most of them start later than I like, I don't go to them. I think some of your equipment need attention or replaced.
I love the membership especially the supervisor did above and beyond to make sure I was taken well care of of my membership and all the needed documents she was able to give me a waiver for extended period of time .YMCA is very loyal to their members and I know they want them to have a good membership.I love how polite and friendly the front members for signing in the card are and the staff work hard to make YMCA a better place for all.Thank you all for your work and diligent effort each day.May Jehovah bless you ans all the work you do I the community.I love the after school activities.I love the after-school activities and love doing ZUMBA each week.Thank you

I like how clean it is. It's also nice to have such a range in community. I love walking in to see young and old as well as people with different disabilities, from different socioeconomic groups, all walks of life. It's a really nice, warm, community.
Love the pool facilities. Staff very nice and helpful.
the aqua pool is great. Even for those who can't walk down the steps to do exercises, they do have a lift there to get in and out It can make a difference to get in that water when your muscles are weakened by diseases, etc.

I enjoy the opportunity to be able to enjoy my workout whether it is attending a Zumba class or an enjoyable walk/ run on the track. I enjoy the freedom to do whatever activities I choose.

But, and perhaps you agree... you shouldn't sell candy at the little coffee stand.
(I realize you may not run the coffee stand in the lobby, but you shouldn't
allow them to sell candy. The Y is supposed to promote good health.)

I love my 7:30 AM water aerobics class with Candi Weedman. I have been coming to her class faithfully for 17 years
I enjoy the variety of workout options. It's so much more than weights and treadmills! There are knowledgeable instructors that keep me motivated. I never was a "gym rat" but I think I am now, since I now find myself at the Y at least 3 times a week. I am glad to be a member.
The pool staff are FANTASTIC as this is where i go 4-5 days a week. You have one very RUDE lady that unlocks the door at 5 am. She was called into the ladies dressing room as a shower was making loud noises. She acted so rude and stomping her feet as she walked, they were approximately 5 people watched her in disbelief. She then hung a sing on shower curtain and blocked it off. It seemed we bothered her. She is a shorter lady that needs a chair to get to flip switch when unlocking the doors. Not sure what her name is
The people are friendly and they offer a lot of group classes
