The staff. The staff make the experience. With all the options for kiddos and a great staff to help. Is the reason we go here even if the building is smaller than other locations. The youth department and gymnastics are stellar. :)

I've been attending YMCA both here as well as other branches for 20 years. There is a universal high quality of service.
I have offered to teach hypnosis without charge. This was denied. I am a retired nurse practitioner and clinical hypnotist.

The classes and yoga teachers are GREAT!!
I love it here. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. My kids love the swim classes and playing games with coach LJ. I get to do my thing and take classes too. The instructors are the best. We’ve met so many people here it’s really become a community for us.
Kristi at the front desk resolved my problem immediately though she did not have to do so. Very polite and helpful.
Today I came in to sign up for the YMCA and Michael was AMAZING! He was so helpful & friendly. He gave me so much information and a great tour. He was TERRIFIC!

We love the Lakewood YMCA! The coaches for my son's sports classes have been AMAZING. So patient, friendly, and encouraging—they're the biggest reason why we go to this Y.
