The most important part is the staff- they care. Second, the group exercise instructors are the best. All are supportive and encouraging! In no particular order, Jazmin, Yvette, Rebecca, Dean, and Toby are the best. they also just got a brand new state of the art weight room!

One o'clock water aerobics class with Ginger is really good. I hate the plastic steps into the pool, matter of time till they break.

Jazmin is the best instructor. So kind and caring as well as knowledgeable and helpful with modifications as needed. I love that all ability levels can take her class without feeling anxious or embarrassed or like they don't belong.
I love the water exercises
I first started coming after radiation treatments, and asked about programs that would support my physical journey to return to good health. They seemed to have taken a personal interest in me and my milestone achievements. 4.5 years later I still feel this same support and concern,
