I haven't found where to post this comment so I'm posting it here.
PLEASE... The jacuzzi is a cesspool. The majority of the people using the jacuzzi do not shower before using the jacuzzi. They come out of the locker room having obviously not showered and get into the jacuzzi where many proceed to rinse themselves off like they are in a bathtub.
You have signs listing the spa/sauna/jacuzzi guidelines but they are readily ignored by these members. This is GROSS. These members are using the jacuzzi as a bath tub.
Can you PLEASE try and get these people to follow the jacuzzi use guidelines. Post signs on the locker room doors SPECIFICALLY addressing hygiene for the jacuzzi. Taking your bath in the jacuzzi is NOT acceptable.

Renewing my membership was a pleasant experience. People need to know their health insurance may include it......so I am telling friends and offering to drive so we can go together.
We can’t find climbing belay certification class as advertised. Please assist.

It would be better to reset a free kids zone outside. Kids care center is not fit for kids between 5-10. My 6 year little feel a little bit upset.

Very clean and awesome service
I love my Gordon family YMCA however, we are having a problem with instructor Kim’s Thursday 1pm live 360 chair yoga work out video. Specifically, the video cuts off before the workout is over. This has happened three times so far though people viewing the video at home says it continues through completion. Can you make sure the video we follow at the Gordon family YMCA continues through completion. Thank you.
The people who work at the Y are so positive, and the class teachers make exercise safe and fun. The facility is beautiful, clean and safe. So grateful to have such wonderful place to exercise.
