As a member, I absolutely love our YMCA because it truly feels like a fun and welcoming community every time I walk through the doors. The staff are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to make you feel right at home, and the well-maintained facilities are always clean, bright, and ready to use. I'm also so impressed by how much they care for everyone in our neighborhood, especially through their excellent programs for seniors that keep our older members active, connected, and thriving.
That it remains fun over competition for the kids. A great way for them to learn the skills without the pressure, while getting to have fun with the sport.
All instructors are friendly and knowledgeable.

Everything! It's clean, friendly, lots of kids, great service, and very good equipment. I love the walking track on the 2nd floor. I would definitely recommend the Gordon Family Y anytime!

I love the warm welcome that I receive from staff when I enter the building and check-in! Without exception, everyone has been friendly and polite!
I enjoy the Silver Fit Combo class on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. I feel that that I’m getting a good workout, and I enjoy the Company of the Y members who regularly attend this class. The class challenges me to do more, but allows me to work, at my pace, to meet those challenges!
Overall, they is an important component of my “good health” regimen.

Very friendly staff and accommodated a wide range of members. Assistance was provided quickly and in a kind manner. I also liked that music was not piped into the building.

I love the Y. However, I have an issue with the YMCA's lack of enforcement regarding showering prior to entering the pool, especially the Jacuzzi.
WAC 246-260-131 states that owners must provide enforcement of conditions for pool use.
Posted rules must also warn if someone refuses to obey the pool rules they can be removed from the premises.
Every time I am in the jacuzzi multiple people enter without showering. It is disgusting and I'm sure I'm not the only one who notices. Your employees check the sauna and steam room every five minutes, it doesn't seem much to ask that they at least try to keep an eye on people entering the pool or jacuzzi and enforce the showering rule.
I much prefer not making a complaint to the health department. Thanks
It's clean, sufficient staff & air-system works efficiently.
It's the best place ever! I get to workout or work while my kids are well taken care of in child watch. They have awesome classes for littles. The best pool around. Great people who work there. I am always telling people the y has saved my life. It's usually the only 2 hours out of a day where I get a break from the kids.
I’ve meant a lot of new friends. The exercise is so good for my body. Excellent classes and instructors. Nice to go to a clean place. Front desk is helpful and friendly. Pleasure to be a member.

Cheerful front desk people, good classes and weight machines, & generally facilities are kept clean .
