The staff are so friendly and helpful! Also the exercises classes are super with amazing instructors. I have met many people who are friendly and I feel like I know so many people who I take classes with each day.

I like the layout. The weight machines I use are easy to access and have a nice flow from one to the other.
Purchase a swimsuit “whirler” to dry swim suits so they don’t drip all over the locker room floor/sink area as well as get our vehicles wet inside. Also allow the cyber/hydro chairs have at least 2 sessions per day-so muscles can warm up before a work out and relax after. May want to limit the times so they are not back to back, so perhaps a 10 or 20 or 30 min mandatory wait between them. Thank you for considering

I have enjoyed the availability of equipment throughout the facility. The staff is friendly and there are lots of options when it comes to machines, free weights, classes, and the pool.
The person who helped me and my family sign up was so polite and patient with us. So personable and helped me understand everything I needed. The facility is up to date and everything is in good working condition. I enjoy the energy at the gym and all the resources available.

The child watch is run incredibly smoothly and has been such a big blessing for my wife and I to be able to take time for our health. I am grateful for the hard work of people like April in the childcare who make it so wonderful.

I enjoy the 10:30 Silver Fit class on Tuesday and Thursday.
I like the workout classes. Specifically Silver Fit with Stephani and Muscle Up with Kim. Now that Fall is here being able to continue walking inside keeps me in my groove. I will be venturing into other areas of the club soon.
There are so many different opportunities to work out.....for all age groups. The building is very clean, and the locker rooms are spacious. The pool is fantastic! The employees at the front desk are polite and helpful as are the class instructors. Sumner(and the surrounding area) is so lucky to have this facility.
