+: I like that there is such a diversity of activities, and with a membership you get access to everything! The exercise machines are really new and amazing, and there are plenty of each so you never have to wait. The staff is friendly. YMCA 360 is awesome.
-: Not enough classes offered (at least during the summer), especially from noon-early afternoon, when there were none. Use of lap pools strictly for swimming laps is unfortunately not enforced by staff. Climbing wall wasn't available (in the summer), which is a shame.

They have the best pool set up and very friendly staff.
They took very good care of my grandson who I put in your summer camp for a week.
I’m a huge get fan of the Gordon Family Y. The variety of fitness classes is wonderful. The instructors are knowledgeable, fun and motivation. I enjoy the wonderful family atmosphere and friendly people so much!

It is a place I always feel welcome, greeted, and safe. It is usually clean and kept up. Lately the floors on the walking/jogging path have been less than clean. I am 80 yrs old and I go every M-W-F mornings @ 7:30 to walk 2 miles. Thank you for being there.
Shout out to Stefani Montague for always leaning in to listen and serve. We had a bit of a challenge and she was immediately responsive, warm and attentive. Thank you, Stefani! Appreciate you, always!

It has been really organized and love the transition to the child picking activity at the end of the day. It's been always super hard to anticipate what the kids will like or not, so great adjustment! I also really appreciate where the check in tent is this year. It has made check in much easier and more secure. I'd has been checked each time at pickup and the staff know the kids by name, oh and they are so tired!!! Couldn't ask for more, thanks for being such a great group of leaders for our kids.
Well appointed, clean facility; variety of AM classes, each with a great instructors; personable front desk staff; good communication (email, Instagram, on-site flyers). Plenty of parking. Leadership appears to be engaged with staff and members.
I like how welcoming the people that work there and other Y members are to families, to kids. This is why I prefer the Y over the other gyms.
The customer service from all staff is incredible. Always willing to provide assistance and continuously greets everyone upon entering with a smile, it truly makes a difference.
I have some constructive feedback and that is offering more hiphop classes. You will pull in more people if the classes are more challenging and fun with current music. Dance Beats is okay but only on Wed & Sat with D. There is no challenge in the other classes & is frankly boring. Would love a more advanced class as I known others in our class would. Something with more flavor and good music.
