The staff are great - welcoming, knowledgeable and fun. The facility in Sumner has everything for us - the indoor track and pool are so wonderful during the dreary winter months. There is a large variety of exercise classes with varying times so there is no excuse not to go. So grateful for the YMCA team in Sumner, helping us to stay healthy in our retirement years.

I was at the Y this evening for a workout and noticed the RTU serving the 2nd floor above the child care area ducting was completely flat indicating the RTU was not supplying any air to the space. I reported it to the front desk and was told that is how it is supposed to run. I would like to better understand that as I see this as a heath risk with such a densely occupied space with no HVAC and in turn no outside air. This looks to be equipment malfunction and I feel I was lied to by the staff. It was obvious one person said, it’s doing that again and the person next to her said no, it cycles.
Clean and good condition facility, health and age forced us out not the facility it was fine for us.
JUST A GREAT PLACE TO WORK OUT !!
The customer service is high quality, The facilities are well maintained, and if something needs to be repaired, they take care of it right away.

I really enjoy the Y!
The facility is always clean and friendly.
I mostly use the pool and they have good excersize programs.
And when I leave there is often a young blind man wishing me a good day….now that is nice!
My friend & I have started walking at the Y. It certainly is nice being inside on our chilly, wet days. You have a great facility. I’m glad to finally be using it!! 😁

The facility is huge and offers so many programs. The climbing wall, ball courts, fully appointed gym, giant pool, the list goes on :)
The pool locker rooms need some serious help. There should be more family change rooms with showers. All the hooks are broken. The baby changing stations are not enough for toddler safety. Each room should be outfitted like the handicapped room.
