Was surprised how nice it came out! Would have loved a better shot on stage receiving diploma but thankful for the one I purchased.
The cost for digital copies of my graduation photos was simply way too expensive, especially considering that the files already exist and require no physical materials to produce. Charging such a high fee for a digital product felt unreasonable and exploitative. For many recent graduates — most of whom haven’t even begun earning an income — this adds an unnecessary financial burden. It ultimately felt more like a money grab than a service meant to celebrate our achievement.
The products and services were great.
We had to pay extra to get the photographers bright light off our daughter's forehead!
Adjust graduates robes or ask them to do so before taking the picture.

Actually send the pictures before the 72 business hours. That is 9 days. It should not be overdue nor take 9 days. You have sent us the digital proofs when you solicitated us to buy the pictures. You should be much quicker to get the 6 digital photos to the people who paid $150 for 6 digital pictures. While the photos were good and we were happy with them, it was way too much time to get them.
The quality of the magnets is very poor.
One of the photos has a significant flaw. It's worth a refund or reprint.
