Easy to order, lots of options, great pricing, and pretty good on shipment. Pictures clear, concise and vibrant.

You have what I needed, quick delivery of my prints, and the ability to filter all prints to only those showing my son.
Every single I received was blurry. For the high price we paid, I would have at least expected the photos to be clear. Very disappointed.

Money gouging. As if spending $50000 on a degree wasn’t enough.
My daughter at Tennessee had a nice leather 5 x 7 folio option that we didn't have with the LSU photos. So, could improve with more traditional photo display options. The 5 x 7 folio through the site is cheap next to the leather bound one.
Otherwise, you guys did great on timeliness of getting the picture link to us and getting the ordered pictures to us. I also like the variety of pictures -- stage with dean, birdseye view with her name on the large screen as she's walking across, still picture with background, and walking down the aisle.
The photos were AMAZING! Easy to order and pricing was fair. Thank you for sending both email and text alerts.
I wish the pictures were a little bit lighter. Some of the pictures were too dark.
Prices are way too high, especially for ONE digital download. I have had 4 kids graduate from Desert Vista and not able to purchase any of their pictures due to price!!!

Need better packaging. Photos were bent due to packaging not strong enough to keep from bending.
The variety of packages made it easy to decide. The photos were all very nice and professional and our daughter’s photo will be a prized treasure on display.

Overpriced packages as usual. I ordered print and how do you justify the prices of printed pictures when you can get them for couple of cents. And digital should have been cheaper but of course not. It ran in hundreds of dollars . I had no choice in selecting what pictures I want . I always wonder who prices these ridiculous packages! Tell me what am I supposed to do with 20 wallet size pictures like what distribute them in my neighborhood. Even greed is ashamed ! Please don’t take advantage of people’s emotions . You know they are happy and will pay whatever you charge them because their kid is graduating but it’s morally wrong.
My pictures arrived damaged with glue from the envelope on each picture. I would like new prints. I have pictures for proof.

The color correction of the eye white was too stark.
Improved packaging is needed as USPS folded the picture to fit in the mailbox, even though it said on the envelope to not bend.
It was super easy to have multiple options and great photos to remember they day. Once ordered the products came very fast!

I didn’t have enough tickets for my own family to attend (spouse and 4 children - ages 13-20) and I was unable to get a ticket, so one child had to miss graduation.
