Appreciated the free professional photo during WGU Alumni Celebration. The photos taken at graduation were good. Grad team helping out during live viewing on the stage could have done a better job. They didn’t tell me where to look when it was turn causing me to look up bc I didn’t know what to expect, besides that they did great.

I think the photo quality is poor for the prices charged. Wish I would have bought the image and had them printed elsewhere. Disappointed to say the least.

My daughters pictures were lost for a very long time, she had to call and get assistance. And the pictures taken at graduation were not great. Lastly, I have not received her graduation video.

Love that someone takes professional pics so the parents can enjoy the ceremony. Also they then have professional cameras for better quality pics.
