The prices are ludicrous. $100 for just JPEGs, really? The prints are also super expensive, but I guess I get some of that. It felt like my sentiments for a special day were being held ransom. Anyways, I am sure it makes sense for you, this is just my point of view.

The prices and photos weren’t very good
The 8x10 electronic file I ordered was not 8x10 and does not have the correct ratio to print the entire image correctly without white strips on the sides. It was way too expensive for this problem.
Delivery of photos was late. I only got them after contacting costumer service. We were told grad photos would be “made available.” Nobody said they would cost money, nor was that made clear at any point in the process. It wouldn’t have been a big deal, but they were $60 for just a jpeg download! We should have been informed. Because I was under the impression they’d “just be sent to my email if I signed up” (because that’s what I was told by staff/photographers), I didn’t get photos of my closest friends on my phone or anything because the photographers took one. Come to find out, only way I could get it was by paying tons of money for it, which I really should not have as I could barely afford it. New grads often can't afford that, and disclaimers should have been put out, then I would have known to take my own photos. To pay over $150 for a few digital downloads, and then not even get them in time, having to go out of my way to contact costumer service was incredibly disappointing.
Unfortunately, once I made my purchase, I did not receive my downloads until I sent another email asking why they hadn't been sent. 5/19 purchase made. 5/26 photo files received.

I ordered two different prints and received 2 of the same one.
1) I contacted support and never got a response. 2) the ring light used for photos should’ve never been used. It’s not a good tool when multiple people have glasses. It’s a harsh light that will most surely glare. Which is what happened to my photos. Giant ring glare in my glasses, which I then had to pay for. I’m not sure why anyone with has glasses should have to pay extra - in addition to the fact a poor decision on lighting was used. Not the consumers fault at all. Then when my photos were edited to fix the glare, my eyes were in a total different direction and I looked a little crazy. I happen to be the only one who saw the proofs so only I know, but it just wasn’t a great picture. The whites of my eyes were also edited to be way too white.

Double check the quality of the photos being sent out. One of the 8x10 in my order was a bit fuzzy
