How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The angle of the pictures where not straight (crooked flag), the lighting was horrible, the stage/degree acceptance pic was the worse and the pose options where extremely limited 4 of the pictures where the exact same just zoomed in/out. The price is too expensive not to have great quality pictures. The experience/event is a monumental achievement and the pictures do not reflect that! It's extremely unfortunate because we cannot get that day back! I guess the fact that most ppl including myself will still purchase regardless of the poor quality is the reason you are able to provide such poor quality.

I received the photo bent from the mail. I ironed it and got most of the wrinkles out. It should have been mailed in a box rather in an envelope. It was very upsetting to receive it like that.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Unfortunately I would not recommend the grad team to anyone. After observing my photos I noticed a blurred portion one of the photos in front of the background. Initially I thought It was my screen but even after purchasing them I still saw the blur. The brightening of my photos also made the photos look less flattering. Very disappointed in the photography on such an important day that I won't get the chance to redo.

Both 8x10 glossy photos had a large thumbprint on the middle edge and also in the same location with a crease where the thumb was positioned.
I appears as if a technician held the photo up for inspection with bare hands

I emailed your team about the frame being different from that shown in your flyer. Your flyer shows the graduation year under the picture. I understood I had to use my tassel, but it says nothing about the graduation year. I have nothing to fill the space, and nothing came with the frame. I emailed you to get this resolved, and no one has responded. With the amount of money I paid for this and receiving an item different than that shown, this needs to be resolved by sending me a 2024 plate to fill the space as your flyer shows.

We got some great photos but they printed out pretty blurry. I’m not sure if that’s fixable but it was a little disappointing after paying so much for a photo.

I ordered a keychain and when I got it, it was smaller than I expected and the picture fell out of it immediately so now I need to figure out how to get it together or get it replaced because I feel like I paid a lot of money for something that was poorly constructed.

The prices are absolutely insane. not to mention the pictures aren't even great. The one picture I really wanted was ruined with my eyes closed and apparently they only took one snapshot at the most important moment. So I can't even imagine how many others didn't get theirs.

First I purchased full resolution images and you sent low resolution. 1mg files. 1mg is low resolution. I saw that camera being used and if i had to guess it can easily do 50mg pictures.
The main reason I purchased full resolution images is so I can print mine own and create larger than 8x10 with out losing picture quality.

Then I email yall explaining my disappointment and you have refused to respond to my email. I am planning to contact UW and left them know how poorly you have handle this concern of mine.
