Easy to order, the options that you give and the prices.
I realize it’s a heroic effort, but the photographs were not good. We didn’t even want the minimum order of three electronic images - there weren’t enough that were good enough. Nothing to be done at this point.
some photos were bent when i received them.
My photos were ruined when the postal service carrier shoved them in my mailbox and didn’t close the door all the way and the photos got wet and damaged. I called customer service and they were very helpful and said they would send me a new package. I was so happy and thankful!

Everything felt super rushed. I also saw a few things about myself in the photos that were ugly and unnecessary. If the photographer has said, “Hey, would you like that cheap paper nametag on your dress to stay in the photo, or would you like to remove it?” it would have definitely made for better photos.
Not sure why it takes so long for delivery

Prices are insanely high. Would've liked a digital file, but cost was prohibitive. So I opted for prints.
I would suggest at least 4 different poses to choose from. I think it was only two. Other than that, great job.
