It would have been nice to have had a contact to call or a better place to ask for editing the photo when placing the order. I did asked to have the slide photo of the girl behind me removed so it wasn’t over my right shoulder but I don't think it my request was seen. I chose the photo with the university President and it would have been better to have had a plain background like the other side of the photo. I also suggest having a more sturdy photo mailer. My prints were bent because the envelope did not provide much protection in the mail. I am glad I have this photo as a nice memory but it could have been better. Prices are way too high. I also didn't like to see other people in my stage photos. Although, I do understand that's a difficult feat given that there's tons of people moving around at the same time.

I enjoyed everything about WGU from my bachelor graduation in Austin to my masters graduation in Dallas from the beginning of my journey to the end of my journey has been absolutely amazing

The photo I received was poorly printed. It was replaced with an acceptable print, but quality control should have caught the very obvious errors in the first print.
The wooden plaques is nice, however the picture on the frame appears to have a white piece of paper stuck inside the frame on the picture. I believe on the photo should have included the date of the graduation.
I do not recall ordering the magnets, but they are not practical nor useful. The Glass print is not what I thought it was supposed to be. I will take ownership in not closely determining what I was ordering. I assumed the "glass print" was referring to the glass on the mahogany. The glass print border looks cheap and had I known, I would not have ordered, but again that's my fault for not looking more closely at what I ordered. The silver thing that came with the glass print, what the heck do I insert that in. It is too large for the Glass print.
Overall, I am not happy with my purchase, and unfortunately, I will not be able to display it in my office. Please look at making the frames easier to know what you are ordering and in plain language so it is not confusing so you can make an educated choice.
