Still waiting for the rest of my order. I got the photos but still have not received the photo magnet.
I received excellent customer service when I requested photos from 2015. Communication was clear and polite and the process was made as painless as possible for me from the start.
We haven’t received our order and it’s been 6 weeks.

Pics were horrible and very low quality. Not satisfied at all and I regret my purchase as well as not having my own photographer on hand. Lesson learned two times over.

The pictures came out, different
One was washed out that was in glass frame
The wood framed one was dark
The quality of the photo received is unusable, where the background was totally black, and could not even make out the cap and gown of my daughter from the black background. In the proof, it is not as black as the photo I received. I will not use the photo in a frame and display it, and trying to decide if I should take a chance and reorder a different pose to see if I get a better quality photo I can display, but don't want to buy another photo and have spent double the amount and not have any good photo of my daughters graduation.

You pay a lot of money for one photo I could literally go to Walmart and get all of those photos for less than five bucks.
The picture I purchased is great!!
I could barely review my daughter's proof to determine if it needed retouching or not. I realized it needed retouching after I had purchased it. I was very disappointed.

SO EXPENSIVE AND COMMON, NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT THE PHOTOS
In my sons blown up picture the Tassel from his cap looks like it was in his mouth, maybe wind I'm not sure but I would've thought before taking my money someone might have tried to contact me and make sure I still wanted the photo.

Great pictures and many options to choose from.
The photos were all wrinkled when they arrived because they were not properly supported in the envelope. They came in. It was also a paper envelope that easily could’ve gotten wet on the way. The prints were no better than I would’ve gotten at CVS.
