The print quality was poor. I called and I was suppose to receive new prints and i haven’t received them.
The images look great on a computer screen but when the prints arrived that I paid almost $50 the images were blurry and the quality is clearly not high.
I ordered my prints almost 3 weeks ago and they still aren't here
Made it easy to get photos of my daughter's graduation, easy ordering and fast delivery!
The photo of my cap had flash so it was washed out.. NOT professional at all and they are extremely overpriced. Also, the size is not always compatible for putting in jpeg form so I had to crop it properly…I think my private catholic university could have hired a better team.
My shot wasn’t great. Also $50 for a digital picture is a little too much. Also deceit. I got an email saying if I don’t get my pictures today tomorrow they would be 25% more expensive. So I got them… next day the pictures where actually $5 cheaper…. And the pictures looked bad. I would definitely not recommend.

For the money I paid I was expecting to have the download and the pictures printed. Is very expensive what you charge for the download of the pictures with no value added

Since parents cannot take pictures on their own, Graduation Foto has a monoply on the pictures of one of a parent's proudest moments. The prices seem very high. To then charge to make the picture cleaner, sharpter, is a crime. I paid for pictures, that should be excellent.
