The pictures taken of my daughter were not that great. More from the side and not from the front and some had her eyes closed. Color was good, shipment was quick and photos arrived in great condition.
Lovely photos
The lighting in the photos was terrible and my photo in front of the stage after walking was not uploaded and i couldn’t even buy the one i wanted. Many are blurry. Very disappointed

The pictures came out great and the quality was superb.
The photo's were mailed in a paper envelope that does not fit in a standard email box and they arrived wet and ruined. I would have at minimum thought someone would have put a plastic protective cover over them before mailing them.
Two of the three pictures I ordered are blurry. They did not look like that online.

The images do not print as clear as they show on screen when cropped. One of my images is completely blurry.

For me personally, I didn't need a package deal. So I opted for the individual photos. Thought they were a bit pricey for a 5x7 photo. Then I also had one I my group that was out of focus and non repairable. But you made things right by replacing with a different one.
As a former photographer, it’s nice to see a company handle this event so well. Love the pics!
The pictures are not very good. The picture was too wide and it was cutoff at the bottom, looking different than the example shown when purchasing.

Glad to get photos
I emailed you as soon as I got my prints in the mail. They were mangled and bent. No cardboard was used to protect the pictures and subsequently they are unusable. I want them reprinted and sent in a reinforced envelope. I attached pictures of how they arrived to my email.

The photo I ordered is very blurry. When I cropped and enlarged it on the computer, it looked fine. However when I received it, the photo was blurry.
