Material was way too pricey for the quality received. Make these more reasonably priced, especially for broke college grads.
The pictures I received were very pixelated and not clear at all.
The prices are ridiculous. $40 for 2 prints for a graduating person that may or may not be working. I wanted 3 of the 4 pictures, but i refused to buy the digital downloads 3 for $100 are you kidding me? Digital downloads should have been cheaper than prints, but of course they weren’t.
I am not satisfied with the quality of the photos. I am so happy that you sent the survey. The proofs did not show the glare in my son’s eyes. If your company was really concerned about the quality of their product, I should not have received these photos.
Please tell me how I can return them for a refund.
Too expensive, photo was bent
It was expensive and I have not received a photo. I did get proof to get printed but I think that is very overpriced.

The service was prompt but would be nice to have other options— other services allow for purchase of proofs at discounted rates. My options to buy photos at more reasonable prices would have been appreciated.

Easy to order, timely delivery
The cost was ridiculous and our shot is slightly blurred. After the hefty price paid for that education, this felt like a final gauge.

Only wanted 2, but had to upcharge to 3. Very expensive for a download. At that price, they should be printed.
