The price of the photo selected, with shipping, was $66! No problem - except it was literally the quality of a piece of paper and inkjet printer - horrible! No matting, horrible quality - the whole thing felt like a ripoff and was a complete disappointment for myself and my graduate.
There is absolutely no reason the photos should cost 50 dollars. It’s bad enough we just got handed a 70k piece of paper, then to capture the moment we get to pay 50 dollars for ONE photo.
The pictures were so expensive and not very well done.
Even with the trademarked logo over the image, it was hard to see the photo.

The only picture of my son receiving his diploma had his tassel in his face. I would have assumed the photographer would have taken multiple shots incase there were closed eyes or some other issue in the one picture taken. I am very disappointed.

The picture of my son is after he shook the president's hand. He is walking away and not even looking at the camera. You really missed the moment. The portrait is a good picture of him, but I don't like the gray back ground. My daughter graduated from GVSU 8 years ago, hers was much better.
