We liked what you had to offer.
My son's picture was crooked on the plaque I ordered which was not cheap... even if the picture was taken crooked (which I would hope it wasn't since it was taken by a professional photographer) I would have hoped they would have adjusted it in production to make it straighter on the plaque... this would be great if it could be redone and sent to me??

How quickly they were available and reasonable pricing
Good quality photos.
I wasn't able to see my daughter's face clear enough upon ordering (all the wording all over the picture makes it hard to REALLY see details), and when I got the picture I noticed a portion of her tassel had swung over in front of her face by her mouth. I would not have ordered it if I had seen that...but it is what it is. Nothing you can do to fix it.
The service. You allow family to enjoy the moment of their loved ones graduation knowing they will receive a photo from the moment that is taken from the perfect angle.

Photo received that was not smooth on one side, then person wanted us to pay for return shipping. Called them on the phone and they said just write return to sender on envelope that new picture came in. Don't know why they needed it back- seems like a waste of money and more work for delivery service- and what are they going to do with a bad picture? Pictures were expensive we thought. Would have purchased more but didn't due to cost. Also, coloring of face on pictures was not good for a professional picture.
I was disappointed with how the picture looked considering how much it cost. I thought it was very expensive.

I only ordered two 5 X 7's but I was disappointed with the quality of the picture. Just look at the cap - it looks like there is a shadow of his cap on the background and it also looks a little out of focus. It's just not sharp enough.
We really liked the product offerings, pictures and prompt service. It is a bit expensive, however. Thank you!

Loved having this available and it was great to get a nice photo of our daughter receiving her diploma.

You don't have to do anything to make it right the sample photo that you sent me showed me I wasn't going to be able to see her face and that the lighting was weird so it's not a big concern. I got it just for a Memento for her scrapbook but: the angles are weird, well below the stage. The picture's incredibly red and you got the president's profile and my daughter's hair but I can't see her face at all so you must have been in the wrong position while they were receiving their diplomas. The picture you took of her and her best friend you cut the friend in half/out of the picture. A second editingvthem you vould have cropped the bestie out and it would have been better than half of her in the picture.
In the day and age of digital photography, very little effort is required to process photos. The prices you charge for a simple download of a photo is outrageous. I get that this is a lifelong memorable moment, but I feel you prey on that fact with your pricing.
