You capture great images!
Ridiculously expensive.
One of the pictures came completely blurred. It is hard to tell if it is even me in the picture. I want my money back because I cannot use the picture for anything.
I Love the photos, just disappointed it was $50.00 for one digital print.
You mailed my photos in an envelope. REALLY!! No protection whatsoever. Absolutely Ridiculous! Corners were all bent.
Putting the photo onto the backgrounds looked very fake, especially the background of the university gate.
The pictures from graduation were not good at all. They were taken so fast that my daughter barely had time to smile before she was shooed away for the next grad. The only one that turned out was when she walked across the stage. We were very disappointed at the pictures that were taken.
It was expensive for just one picture that I downloaded to my phone

Very easy to order and quick delivery. The photo was exactly what we wanted.
The price was awful. But, they get you when your child is graduating from college especially when a lot of these kids didn’t get a “ real “ high school graduation. For the price they should have been printed on canvas not just a digital link.

I bought my photos and they came after 10 business days, however when it came, my pictures were not only bent, they were also torn. Don’t recommend.

The photos were blurry. I’ve sent them back and awaiting a reversal on charges.
The cost of photos/packages is unreasonably high. And with the watermarks as they are it’s hard to see the quality of photos. One of mine was blurry and I couldn’t see that in the online digital version I selected.

My son's picture was crooked on the plaque I ordered which was not cheap... even if the picture was taken crooked (which I would hope it wasn't since it was taken by a professional photographer) I would have hoped they would have adjusted it in production to make it straighter on the plaque... this would be great if it could be redone and sent to me??

Good quality photos.
I wasn't able to see my daughter's face clear enough upon ordering (all the wording all over the picture makes it hard to REALLY see details), and when I got the picture I noticed a portion of her tassel had swung over in front of her face by her mouth. I would not have ordered it if I had seen that...but it is what it is. Nothing you can do to fix it.
The service. You allow family to enjoy the moment of their loved ones graduation knowing they will receive a photo from the moment that is taken from the perfect angle.

The tassel/photo frame was great but the photos themselves have permanent marks on them that are not visible to the naked eye but show up greatly when put in the frame. I thought it was the glass on my frame but I tried three different frames and washed the glass several times thinking it was the glass and then finally figured out it's on the picture, and on every picture, a real bummer considering how expensive they were and one was a gift for a Grandma.
