Did not like the background AT ALL! It's MSU not the state of Michigan. Only purchased it because I wanted a professional picture like I had for my other sons at different universities. Also LOVED one of the pictures but there were other people in the shot.
Prices too high and i really didn’t care for the poses

Your prices are way too high. Not sure if you actually touched up photos based on speed of turnaround and whether a person actually touched up the photos or it was just a quick computer keystroke.

The only picture my son got tagged in was the one with the president. I had to look on my own and found a picture of him holding his diploma but part of the diploma and part of his cap were cut out. It was terrible. I paid for them but now I wish I hadn’t. I am super disappointed. My 2 daughters graduated with the last year, one from GVSU , same as my son, and one from FSU and both their pictures were great, not to close up, had the American glad behind and my sons is so close up with just a gray background, like elementary pictures. I would like a refund unless you can somehow search thousands of pictures and maybe find a better one that you guys didnt tag him in. Please feel free to contact me, I just got back from vacation but I had planned to call to complain.
We were missing a family photo that was taken. Wasn’t posted. Not sure why.

Extortion prices
The pictures weren't touched up in any way and were a bit overpriced from my own personal opinion.
There was only 1 single photo of my son. When my daughter graduated they had several photos available of her standing on the stage and receiving her diploma
Pictures were nice and reasonably priced.
The photos were great but I was charged double for double the photos I ordered. I sent an email about this as soon as the photos arrived and have not gotten any response. I am happy to return the photos that I did t order and would like a refund for those extra photos.

I was hoping for better quality photos for the price paid. The ordering was easy, I appreciated the number of images we had to choose from, but I was disappointed in the quality.

There was too much Red in my photo coloring. My hair is red in the photo but in real life it's dark brown. There are plenty of ways to adjust that.
Mediocre color in photo
Half of the background choices were very poor choices. They looked fake and had nothing to do with graduating or the university or the event. Our older daughter's pictures had the university seal behind her and they were so much better.
Prices are a little steep for a digital download.
Packages are a little pricey. The photos to choose from are far away so you cant see facial features very clear till the photo comes.
