I asked for the extra enhancements ( glare of glasses removed and the hair removed and yet neither one was done. Yet you still charged me for them. Your interface was fine. But you're part of the immoral educational-industrial complex. I'm supposed to be proud of my institution and the final act from them is to spit in my face by holding pictures of me ransom from an event that's supposed to be celebrating my achievement. $200 for pngs is despicable. Just know you're actively making the world a worse place
Pricing was incredibly high for a digital photo at baseline.

Nice picture, but I think it’s a little bit too dark

I ordered four prints and one was blurred. Pretty bad that pros don't screen images for that. I got better prints from the pictures we took with our phones. Expensive and not great.
Sizing/ cropping was annoying while picking out the photos. Either cut off the feet or head because you can only zoom in/out instead of precisely moving the image where you want.
The print on the bottom of the photos is half obscured when you put it in a frame.
The cost of these photos is extremely high and for that reason I'm not likely to recommend this service.

The easiness of ordering and the selection of different styles and prints.
The amount of time it took to deliver a digital photo was excessive.
There is a smudge of glue or something on the photo. I have decided top keep it, but I am not happy that that there was a lack of quality for the price.

Not satisfied with the retouch. Looks smudged. Also not happy with the placement of the image on the background. A more professional photo could have been taken. Not worth the cost. There should also be more smaller package options.

Pictures turned out great and very fast delivery
My framed tassel order was cracked upon opening the sealed box. Very disappointed.
I did not receive the ONE item I ordered, a digital package for my graduation photos. Additionally, when I reached out for support voicemail and through email soon after realizing that it had been past 1-2 business days - there had been no response or follow-up.
The cost of the graduation pictures was very disappointing. They were 8 photos taken of my daughter and to purchase all 8 images I had to pay for a package of 10 photos. I feel like we were taken advantage of, and it definitely left me with negative feelings toward MSU. Boo... MSU do better!!
