The photographer took only one picture of my daughter as she was receiving her diploma. A pivotal and a once in a lifetime moment. My daughters eyes were closed!!!!
I sent an email to the company and it was explained only one “shot” is taken per student.
This is fine if the shot is good. She should have looked to make sure the pic looked great before moving on. One does not get the opportunity to repeat that historical moment.
I am beyond disappointed!!!!
Photos turned out great! There is no way that we would have been able to capture the moment like your staff did.

Pictures are so expensive! An under $50 photo package that the average family might be able to swing purchasing.
Your prices are absolutely outrageous like wtf $60 for one digital download is a ripoff. You are taking advantage of the fact that these are peoples precious memories
While graduations are big events it would be nice to have a say in the pose used. The image of myself and the university's president was taken pointing up at the stage. In the photography industry, this is known as a bad angle for most subjects. Due to the poor location setup, I was unable to order this image to commemorate my lifetime achievement.

I purchased your items for my son’s graduation in 2019, very pleased. Everything was beautiful especially the plaque. Unfortunately, I did not have my sons order to compare, The plaque in 2019 is impressive with an 8x0 photo, engraving and all. I received my daughters plaque and even though the description states 8x10, it comes as a 5x7 photo and an 8x10 plaque. They were to be put on the wall with their senior pic but now they are mis-sized, I called your company and inquired as to what happened. She had no interest in my order and politely said, that plaque is discontinued. I am going to attempt to a have a trophy company replicate the 2019 version after my daughters party. It’s a shame, you changed it. The original was spectacular and worth every penny spent. So, yeah highly disappointed on the product, the special effect touching on the photos (all were shiny), and the customer service I received when I called to inquire about the difference. The picture we got was very nice, but the “name plate” isn’t a name plate at all, it’s just on printed paper. The pricing is too high for what was received.
You only got 3 pics of my daughter they were all horrible. Now I am never able to capture this memory in a way that she likes her photo.

I was very excited to get the graduation package but after seeing the price and realizing it's SO OVER PRICED and I can not afford it. I was only able to pay the $13.00 FOR ONE PICTURE AND THAT WAS ON SALE! I think it's so sad and disappointing to think of the lower income families such as mine that are unable to pay these ridiculous prices and will never have these photos.. And they expire so if you don't have the money now you will never get them! Your company is taking advantage of these what are supposed to be great memories. Disgusting.
