The pictures that were taken of my child while walking were not very good at all. I am not really sure if that is something that could be improved or not since the subject is actively moving. Other than that, the still pictures are great!
I still haven't got my digital images. I put a ticket in weeks ago with no response. I paid $100.
Ridiculous pricing. Higher than in Mexico. 1 digital LOW QUALITY photo $50?

I ordered a 5 X 7 of my son and it was very grainy. The people in the background were clearer than my son. If your picture quality is so that it won't look good blown up, then don't sell them. Extremely disappointed. I didn't worry about taking pictures because I figured I would order a professional photo. I could have done better myself on my phone.
Skip the "silly" poses at graduation - it is a formal occasion and the silly shots are not appropriate. I would much rather have another choice of a regular photo. I would also appreciate lower prices or discounts.
Several pictures they sent me were of the wrong child. To their defense, it was her friend she was standing next to with the same first name.
You really captured key moments and close-ups that I wouldn't have been able to get sitting in the stadium seats.
I ordered photos on 6/4/23 and received email on 6/6/23 that photos were mailed on 6/6/23 but I have not received the photos as of today, 6/28/23. Any update on when the photos will be delivered? Please call me at Phone number removed.
The response time could be a lot better.
1. Way too expensive compared to regular school photos, no consideration is given to family with modest means. 2. Quality of the photos were average and paper very thin. 3. Very short deadline, which we missed, after which the price is jacjed up even further is a disgrace! 4. Website was not convenient or intuitive….. You could make things right by reimbursing 50% of the cost or offering another set of prints at no cost.
Pictures were not crisp. If quality was affected by cropping then I wish I would have known

I did not receive all the photos that I ordered. The picture magnets were missing.
Pricing is way too high. I understand your time is valuable, but you are basically holding students/families hostage to get the pictures at way, way over market price for a digital picture. And frankly I believe you know it.
The magnets are not worth the money. The color in awful. My daughter's diploma cover shpuld be red and it looks pink on the magnet. Still waiting on part of our order.
The 5x 7 photo is great! The photo in glass took a long time to arrive and its very light & looks washed out. Love the glass frame though!

Pictures were off center, one of them he was in the car right bottom corner. Fence was to his neck, jst over all disappointed. Did not look like a professional job at all
