The swimming pool is great for kids, I like that it has Sunday childcare hours but I wish they would turn the big slide on during the weekend swims. The kids would LOVE it!!!

All of the staff that I see and have contact with such as front desk and life guards, are all so helpful and friendly. It's such a pleasure to walk in and see their smiling faces. I have never had an issue!!

Grandson attended many Saturday cooking classes-enjoyed/always looks forward to the next one. Beautiful kitchen facility/should offer more cooking/baking/nutrition classes

What do you like about your David D. Hunting YMCA experience?

I am a runner and I enjoy the fact that they have a nice large track. Although I haven't utilized the Malamiah Juice Bar yet it's nice to know that is available if I need it. I did enjoy some of the delicious coffee:-)

What do you like about your David D. Hunting YMCA experience?

As we were leaving the DDH this time, we were commenting how well the building handles a lot of people without feeling crowded. Parking is, of course, almost impossible on a Saturday morning. People were circling the lot, waiting for spots or to get out. Maybe a sign indicator when the lot is full would be helpful so it's obvious when to use the city lot next door. (We parked on the street, so didn't have any problems with the line.)

I have LOVED being a member of the YMCA. It is such a great place to walk, swim, exercise, relax in the hot tub, and meet people.

My only frustration is on the weekends when parents fail to attend to their young children while they are either exercising or watching basketball games. I have been elbowed in the arm by preteens running by me, been almost cut off by 4-6 year olds on the track and more than once have seen runners almost collide into these young kids. I, myself, am just a walker at this point, so I have more time to make adjustments. It is just really frustrating to have these kids un-supervervised on the track or in the work out/weights area.

otherwise I have fully enjoyed the time I spend at the Y and I'm am so impressed with the DD Hunting YMCA location.

I like coming to the Y to get a good work out but also because I made friends. The instructors are helpful and the environment is such that it is easy to feel welcome. The people are friendly and there is a sense of community.

I like all of the options of the classes and equipment. I haven't personally used other amenities, but they have a rock wall and racket ball courts and two pools, one for just lanes. Many options for all people looking to get actively involved.

Friendly staff, great facilities, and bright space! Sad that the steam room is a 50/50 gamble. But the rest is amazing!
