The tract and all the machines. Also short driving from home (6 - 8 min.)👍😀
I love the gentle yoga classes and the walking tract!!
People are friendly and helpful. I work with a trainer weekly and she helps keep me moving at my age.
We love the pool and hot tub and the walking trail!
Just about everything.! I love the lap pool and playing pickle ball. The facility is much better than anything I've ever had in the past.
I am so happy to have a gym to go to after my previous gym discontinued my health insurance membership. But I need to mention that the experience is so much different. In the past 18 months I've begun having some physical issues and have gone from the picture of health and fitness to one of daily challenges. At my previous gym I felt as if the clientele was at best uncomfortable with my presence and at worst, downright rude to me because of my issues. At the YMCA I've had such a profoundly different experience. People have asked me how I'm doing, held doors for me and even asked how they could pray for me. I couldn't be happier with how things have worked out.
So far I've enjoyed walking the track, but also just completed two hours with personal trainer John Miedema. We worked on weights, and I learned a great deal about what will work best for me.
The welcoming & helpful staff, variety of equipment, mission of MFBY

Instructors are nice. Clean
The temperature of the family pool, family change room, walking track, friendly staff.
Beautiful facility. Good hours for the kid zone. I’ve got my whole extended family signed up!
I enjoy my water classes a great deal. However the influx of recent people who o longer receive benefits at MVP have made classes and equipment use a huge challenge. Parking has become terrible.
You need more recumbent bikes please..especially with the increase in numbers. Not all of use are able to use the other equipment.
I like how open and large this location is.
It's a very nice facility.

Love the variety. Cardiovmaxhines, weights, classes. I’d love to see a spin class on Sundays!
Everything!! My family have been Y members, now in various parts of the country, including Grand Rapids , since 1972. I served on the board at the old West Leonard Y when Ron Nelson ran it. He was amazing. I could chat at length about his effective leadership.
All the good I have to say about our MFB Y, the facilities, the programs, and the people, is more than I want to take time to list here. I'd be happy to meet to tell you. 🙌
Lovely staff, easy parking, and great atmosphere. Welcoming and accepting environment, along with lots of space. Tends to be quite crowded during certain times of the day (lots of strollers on track, kids running, etc) but it's a family center along with a gym.
Love it here , I recommend to everyone. Gym equipment and aquatics are top tier! I just do wish the daycare area was more welcoming . Seems like my daughter is always only playing by herself while everyone else plays together 🥺
The facilities are clean. There is a good variety of classes offered at different times. My daughter enjoys going to kid zone. The staff is friendly.
There's an activity for every age group.
Awesome building and equipment. Super friendly and helpful staff. Membership cost is reasonable. Personal training available.

All the facility offers!
