Most all is positive. The only negative that I can think of is having wider benches in the men's locker room like they doat Spartan Nash Y. The ones at Mary Free Bed could be about 6" wider so duffle bags don't fall off.
That my whole family can participate.
I love meeting new people and chatting up old friends who are like minded about staying active and healthy. I love the group fitness classes , staff and instructors are always engaging and encouraging!

Variety of equipment to use for aerobic exercise and resistance training. I change which elliptical style equipment I use because they do exercise muscle groups differently.
Professional staff, welcoming front desk, clean facilities, generally no wait for equipment, considerate members.
Accessible parking, clean locker rooms, and customer service. David D has some work to do.
Respect amables
I like the Gentle Yoga class and Kathy the instructor. I like being able to attend aqua arthritis in the warmer pool and the instructor Angela--and the hot tub afterward.

Keep updating weight lifting equipment. Keep making upgrades on a regular basis. Appreciate getting the me s sauna working on a regular basis.
It is a wonderful service to seniors. I like having a safe place to walk, especially in the winter time. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I look forward to taking advantage of other services soon. Thank you.
