Kid zone staff is friendly. Close to home. A bit busy bit to be expected at the beginning of the year.
I joined the "Y" 18 months ago, after leaving another local, well-established fitness club. The facility is top notch, well-maintained, and offers a broad range of individual and organized opportunities to develop your own fitness priorities - as well as the trainers, equipment, and other tools to help you implement those priorities. The staff is friendly, welcoming, helpful, and diverse - and always willing to lend a hand or answer a question. The indoor track is a godsend on those cold, snowy, winter days, and the building is conveniently located on the Cascade Township pathway for both access, and use, on those days when Michigan weather is not a deterrent. The large number of programs and classes allow for great flexibility in my schedule. The staff are helpful and kind. For the large numbers every day the place is clean and orginized.
Great facility and super family friendly. Just wish there were night latch or something on the family locker room doors so little ones can’t pull the handle down and immediately unlock the door/ escape.

Friendly/helpful staff
The wellness staff is always ready to help. A great variety of well maintained machines and weights as well as LesMills classes. Constant sanitizing by members and staff and placement of machines makes social distancing possible. Great family programs.
There's plenty of wide open space and machines/equipment for a training experience. No shortage of qualified, friendly staff. The track is big and knee friendly, and the pool is always clean. MFB is overall a pleasant experience.
It's modern and clean. Nice track. I wish the basketball courts weren't always as packed as they are, but I'm glad they're getting use.
