Lazy river. Saunas. Classes offered
I am most thankful for the friendly and attentive staff. The facilities are always clean, and the class options are plentiful. You feel good going, which is what you need when you get to the gym.
I've only been there a couple of times. It was conveniently located near my client's house. It wasn't crowded at all and everything was immaculate.
My child had so much fun all day. He was eager to go everyday. It was safe and the location was convenient. The length of the day was just right

My children love the activities, swimming and games. As well as being outside most of the day. I would highly recommend the Y.
The kids said they had such a good time here! My kids said, "the counselors actually have fun with us!" And they actually did activities that had to do with the theme week, which the kids loved. I will be sending them back here next summer. Keep up the good work!!
My daughter loves the camp this is our second year participating. The staff really is top tier keeps very engaged with the kids, different activities and also swimming which is a plus! Couldn’t ask for a better summer camp!

Pool , especially the hydrotherapy pool is so relaxing.
So nice to be able to get your steps in on the elevated walkway no matter the weather.
I live in Manlius, but had a very bad experience at the East Area Y in a CPR class. I signed up for one at the NW Family Y, which turned out to be led by Lee Eppercht, which was an entirely different, positive experience. Thank you for having such expertise - and teaching ability - on hand.

The Northwest Family YMCA is much more than just a gym. As a father of three pre-teens it is a blessing to have a place to go to spend a weekend afternoon, swimming, playing soccer, volleyball, basketball, pickle ball and everything else the YMCA has to offer. Everything is super clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. My kids and I Love it there.

Very welcoming and inclusive! Old and young, all genders ,races , nationalities, and people with disabilities are treated with friendliness, kindness and respect at the Y.

Therapy Pool, I only wish that the Therapy pool was open earlier every day.

The YMCA has great availability, variety, and quality machines. The workers are friendly and polite, but wifi connection is horrible when I am on the treadmill or shooting baskets.
