I was new to this branch and wanted to use the pool. The welcome desk staff member I talked to was very helpful. He answered my questions and gave me clear directions to the locker room. The facilities were clean and easily accessible. Overall experience was very good.

The Northwest YMCA is always very clean. I like the equipment and the variety of classes for all age groups. I also like the walking track and the pool.

This was my first visit to your branch, and the entire experience was great! My daughter loves the lazy river and pool activities. Everything was clean and the staff was pleasant and attentive. We are moving to the Baldwinsville area next month so we will definitely become regular visitors!
