The front office is a very friendly and professional. The locker room is very clean and well stocked. The gym is clean the equipment is up to date and very easy to use.

Staff is pleasent and knowledgeable.
Ladies at the front counter are always pleasant when walking in as well as when it's time to leave. Many of the members are so friendly as well, many say hello as they walk in or walk out, many smile as other members walk by. Overall, a large family organization.
Many machines to choose from. There is always an employee walking around talking to members if anyone has a question about a machine, they are always ready to assist. The place is very neat and organized, it is kept very clean. There is a nice room to sit have a cup of coffee, relax and talk with others. Also, a library of books to enjoy.
The amount of programs available
Great facility which always seems busy but not what I'd say overcrowded. I've been playing in the members' basketball league since opening and am probably the only 70-year old attempting that! Don't know how many more sessions I have left in me. I need to be checking out the senior activities now that I'm retired and have more time available to do so.

Walking the Track!
The YMCA Northwest has a helpful, friendly staff. The facility is well maintained and spotless. It's a great experience. Wish I would have joined sooner!!

Love the variety of choices for activities
The pools, the free weight gym, the array of cardio, choices for everyone and plenty of them. The e-gym looks great, we haven’t used it, but as a strength and conditioning professional, I see great value for people in that circuit training model.
Great support from staff, facilities are always clean and maintained, it’s a great environment for our community!
