This new facility is a gem! I enjoy the classes offered at all ability levels. Absolutely something for everyone ! The instructors are the BEST! I look forward to each class and have made steady progress towards achieving my personal goals. The atmosphere is bright, cheerful, welcoming and bustling with positive energy from all the families and members there to use the facility. I am so grateful to have two wonderful facilities so close to home! A warm thank you to all the staff and fabulous instructors!!

Parking, Check Ins, Cleanliness, Staff, Different Machines to work out with, Organized, Space in work out areas. Indoor Track, Pools, Different areas for Basketball, Pickleball….my list goes on and on. It’s an amazing Facility

Dave Sugalski is an excellent Director and his Assistant Clara Matthews make the facility and programming top notch.
My favorite class is Strength and Function taught by Martin Mau! He’s an excellent coach! Learning proper form and technique is so important, especially when it comes to strength training. I have become stronger and confident with my strength training since I started taking this class. Martin not only knows his stuff but also builds a strong community in the class. That kind of camaraderie can make a huge difference in motivation and enjoyment.

Love the chair yoga at the Y. The track is good also. Have enjoyed the Y since it opened.

My main purpose for belonging to the Y is the use of the gym, aquatic center, basketball courts and inside track.
The gym workout area has an adequate number of equipment stations to get a good workout. The difference maker for me from other facilities is the aquatic center with the steam room and sauna.
The staff are friendly, welcoming and pleasant as well as the patrons. The facility is very clean especially the locker room and shower areas.
We enjoy the family experience.

Very clean throughout facility, friendly people. Most equipment in good condition, does need more separate pickleball courts!
This Y in BALDWINSVILLE is a great place for the entire family’s needs. They offer day camps, arts & crafts, weight room, exercise guidance, gymnastics, exercise classes for all ages both in a classroom and in the pools, etc. The staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. The equipment and facilities are all first rate and well cared for. I look forward to going each day.
