I have subscribed to Terminix for many years Terminix has always done an excellent job of protecting our houses from termites and many other pest insects. There has never been any problem with insect infestation with the protection Terminix has provided.

Matt does an excellent job. I have a new problem that he is dealing w/effectively & does a good job & comes back to check traps,etc. that is all included in my regular fee, which is a nice Terminex benefit.

Communication! I received an email confirming my appointment right after I made it. Kay promised a phone call to confirm the tech was on his way, and not only did they call and send a text, but also a picture of the tech, Kieren who arrived on time. Kieren looked my situation over and told me exactly what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and then proceeded to get to work. The work was completed in minimum time and as promised. After that I got a follow-up text asking how the repair went. Excellent communication, great work by Kieren and Jerod. Thanks!
