The treatments work. We have had terminix for 17 years and have been free termit free.
My new service technician is Seth. First visit at my residence. Showed up a little early so that was a good start. Asked me questions about indoor and outdoor issues. He was ready to go to work. Took care of business and on his way. In my 15 years here in Cayce have only had a few different technicians. Seth will do fine by me.
All employees are very nice and friendly, especially Grayson. He always asked if I’m having trouble with any pests and does his best to eliminate any problems.

The fact that Brandon does not skip any of the long list of things he is supposed to do is wonderful. If I have a specific problem, he takes care of it. For example, this time I have been seeing ants on my porches. Ants were my initial reason for calling Terminix. You folks completely took care of it, and this time too. Brandon said it takes certain insecticides for certain pests and to always mention specific insect problems. Thank you and Kudo’s to Brandon…and also Pete that did my termite inspection while Brandon was on leave!
