Thomas is our service provider with Terminex. Thomas was our service provider for some time a few years ago. He was "above and beyond" kind, respectful, thorough, and conscientious. When Thomas did not return at one point in past months, I inquired with the Terminex office if he was no longer available, and to our regret, I was told he wasn't with the company.
Thomas returned to service our home this week. I was delighted to see him and eagerly expressed our appreciation for his work.
It is our opinion that Thomas is a roll model for customer service and Terminex is fortunate to be his employer.

Brandon A. Richard is my Terminix Serviceman. He arrives on time - is thorough - explains to me everything that he is doing. After he has gone all over everywhere, he tells me what he did and if he found anything that may require additional treatment. We have used Terminix ever since our house was built & completed (1997), and have been very satisfied. As for their office staff, if I have any concerns or problems, they have always responded quickly - taking care of anything needed to be resolved. Excellent service has been provided by this Terminix Office every year!
