I have several properties and I love to use Terminix in the Gaston area because their technician Ben is absolutely incredible. He and not only is very knowledgeable and professional, but he takes the time to explain everything and make sure that we understand everything. I had German roach of services and he explained how the German roaches work and it’s completely different from any of the other bugs so it was a completely different type of service. He made sure I understood everything and what he was doing. He has an incredible job because the German roaches are gone and he handled everything extremely professionally. We always request him for any needs we have they always make sure that he gets assigned to our services.

Our associate, Jacob Deloach, has always been prompt with his schedules. Once his inspection has been completed Jacob will advised us of any issues that may need to be addressed. Within a few days of the annual inspection we receive a confirmation from Jacob's office, usually signed by Roger Hall the branch manager. Mr. Hall's confirmation letter will list any issue which needs our attention and offers assistance from TERMINIX to correct these issues.
We have required corrective assistance from TERMINIX with only one issue I can remember and they performed promptly without questioning and did an excellent job.
