Fantastic, personal service! Our Terminex service representative, Noah, knows our property and how we like service performed. He stays in touch prior to each visit to address any concerns. He takes into consideration weather conditions and notifies us of any changes needed. He contacts us after each visit to update us on any issues he noted. Noah is a wonderful representative for Terminex!

Long time customer of Terminix so have seen some changes over the years. Only a couple different technicians so that tells me a lot. Well trained and know their business. Jacob is my guy now and he is great! Most important is no pest issues.
I appreciate some minor changes:
- the inspection of the cellar/ crawl space by one off your more senior techs is reassuring
- the yard traps inspected/ replaced by a younger ( in training?) tech
- The appointment staff and techs were willing and able to discuss and explain the reason and wherefore of the treatment logics.
The combination is worthy of note and appreciated. As usual, the Terminex coverage is timely, courteous, and reassuring.
