Every representative that I’ve interacted with from Terminix has been very helpful, thorough and professional. Ben, the latest employee, called saying he was behind schedule, but upon arrival, informed me he was there, explained what he was going to do, and after finishing, explained what he did and any issues he needed to address.
My only concern is that it seems that Terminix will only allow reps to stay in the same area for a little while, and then transfer them. Seems like they don’t want them to develop any working relationships with customers???
