Jacob always gives me a summary of his services, problems, solutions and recommendations for things we can do to prevent damage to our home and keep out pests! Highly recommend Terminix!

We like that there are no bugs. We like Brandon too. Thinking about adopting him. He's responsive, friendly, and generally a good communicator who is well versed on many topics besides bugs. He takes pride in his duty to destroy any bugs near our home. Overall he's a great representative for Terminex.
Terminix has been great. I live in the woods and I never have to worry about bugs or mice. Any issues I’ve had have been quickly resolved and the technicians are the very best. I am a widow and there have been times my technician has alerted me to issues he noticed when servicing my home. Additionally, Terminix must also treat their employees well because I’ve had the pleasure of working with same technicians and office personnel for what must be close to 10 years now. It makes me feel good to know that a company is fair with me and fair to their employees. I believe Terminix appreciates me as a customer and also appreciates the people who make them trusted.
They do an excellent job--& I like the consistency in the same person all the time, I feel a good company retains their crews. Grayson is an excellent worker & a very nice person.
