Technician CJ Hartley was friendly and professional. In addition to his work for Terminix , he also noted issues under the house with my dryer vent connections. He stated he would contact the appropraite people who could help in resolving this issue since I am not able to crawl under the house.

Beni’s outstanding in every respect. He is very friendly and does a great job in his explanations of what needs done. The work that needed to be done could not be scheduled for about 5 weeks, so he did it himself at two early evenings until done. He is a definite asset for Terminex.
