Wow! Terminix to the Rescue! I flew in from Dallas to check on my “90 Something “ parents and I I discovered unbeknownst to them that they had a flea infestation due to their cat who passed away last month.
I immediately called Terminix and was told they had a Termite Contract , but no Pest Control Contact .Katelyn was so empathetic and helpful! She was “ all hands on deck” on a Friday getting assistance from her manager and they sent out a request for Thomas to call and assist me.
The communication was perfect between all parties and arranged for Thomas to come out to treat their entire home. He could not have been more professional, knowledgeable or customer service oriented. He discussed with them hoe a contract would be beneficial for their future needs and signed them up for an annual contract. We left him to treat the house and left for several hours as he directed us. We came back to an immaculate flea free home!
